Security
Your robot and your data. Where they go.
What happens to your STL, your robot request, your email and your visit.
Works offline. Closed to the internet.
Works offline
Core motion and flight run on the robot’s own computer, with no internet at all.
Cloud AI: US providers, off by default
Off until you turn it on. Then it uses only US AI providers, with processing in the US.
Fails a check, gets cut
If the cloud link fails its security checks, the robot drops it and carries on without it.
Closed to the internet
No ports open to the internet, no default passwords. The robot’s computer boots only software we have signed.
Critical parts traced
Each robot comes with a list of where its critical parts are made.
These are the rules we build every robot to. No connected product is immune to attack. Found a flaw? Write to info@synthdyne.com. Our security work follows NIST CSF 2.0, with NIST IR 8259 Rev. 1, NIST IR 8259A and ETSI EN 303 645 as checklists (standards).
Drop an STL into the tunnel and your browser reads it, builds the grid and solves the flow, the heat and the load on your own GPU. The file is never uploaded.

Little, and only to reply.
When you send a robot request
Kept by our host and emailed to us. Read by a person, used only to reply and to size and quote your robot, and deleted when you ask. A robot you configure stays in your browser until you send it: in the address bar and the form, nowhere else.
Accounts
Signing up stores your name and work email, and your company and what you would run if you give them, with the time. Your browser remembers it, so the tunnel stays open. The email tells you when early access opens. Nothing else.
