Design and build the operational architecture of Synthetic employees. You'll define how Synths think, act, and integrate with enterprise systems.

Keep the Synths running. Monitor deployments, optimize performance, and ensure 24/7 operational excellence across client environments.

Security & Safety Lead

SCOPE: Critical Infrastructure

Define and enforce the guardrails. You'll be responsible for ensuring our Synthetics operate safely, predictably, and within defined boundaries.
