The calculator is not the study
A hand calculation tells you the class. A study answers whether that class holds on your geometry. A render of the factory is neither.
The thermal tool on this site is a first-order hand calculation. It exists because that is the step almost nobody does. Hardware that worked on a 25 °C bench dies on a 48 °C roof when you skip it. The tool will tell you which class of cooling you are in, and roughly how much margin you have. It has no mesh, no wind direction, and no knowledge of your mechanical layout. It will not certify a design. The page says so.
People still treat the number as the design. That is the same mistake as treating a datasheet CFM as installed airflow. When the class is not enough, the next honest artefact is a study: one geometry, one site, a stated set of cases, a named conventional solver, and a number you can argue with. The files come with it. So do the residuals, and a sentence about what "converged" meant on that run.
A chat window that does CFD is the wrapper accusation in a new coat.
The repetitive part of that job is setup, case sweep, and the first draft of the report. That is the same shape as the firmware loop we already shipped. It cannot invent the physics, and it cannot own the call. A named person reviews the mesh, the boundary conditions, and the written yes or no. A system that never shows its solver is an advert.
We will not sell a factory twin. A 3D model of the plant with no decision attached is a render. A live twin is sensors in and a decision out, this week. Until there is a named decision, we will not sell the model of the building. We also will not seal. If civil defence, an insurer, or an auditor needs a stamp, that is a different job and a different person. The first note we write says so, before anyone runs anything.
What we will quote is the job we already take. Will this enclosure hold the clocks in this weather, on this roof, before you buy the box. Will this arm or this mover do the cycle in this aisle, against your layout, before the crate lands. The study is how we answer it with physics instead of optimism.
